In the beginning, God created. That’s the very first thing the Bible reveals about God. When we are creative, we can uniquely reflect and glorify our own Creator. Join Creator’s Club to explore your imagination, make supportive friends, and glorify the Lord. It’s easy today to just scroll on a phone or get distracted by mindless games, so take a step back from the chaos of the world during our monthly meetings. All you need for this club is a willingness to use your imagination to discover how many ways you can express creativity.
In this club, we will work on projects (some during club meetings and some optional outside of meetings) related to art, cinema, inventing, baking, writing, theme park designing, and so much more! You will also have the opportunity to team up with other club members and use your creativity to plan some of our club projects. And no matter what cool projects we get into, we will see all of this creativity as a Biblical concept.
Discussion boards will be available and monitored so club members can interact in between meetings. Club meetings will be recorded and posted on Canvas.
Since this is a club, there are no grades or required assignments, but the more you put in, the more you get out! The club targets 5th-8th grade, but older students are welcome and encouraged to participate!
Our regular meetings are from 6:30 PM ET on the following Sundays:
- Jan 14,
- Feb 18,
- Mar 10,
- Apr 14,
- Apr 28
SPECIAL NOTE #1: There is no charge to reserve a space in a club although you must have paid your family school year registration fee. Club memberships are not purchased as a family; each student represents one club member.
SPECIAL NOTE #2: Please be advised: There are no refunds for clubs. If club attendance dwindles during the course of the year making the club unviable, there are no prorated refunds of club membership(s).
