Course changes are available through the end of the first week of classes, subject to seat availability. After the first week, course movement is generally not permitted.
Additional Details
- There is no course change fee. If you switch courses, your deposit transfers directly to your new course — one deposit per course. The only limitation is that deposits apply toward another deposit, not toward a remaining tuition balance, and transfers are available through the end of the first week of classes. Deposits may not be banked or held for future use.
- Refunds are calculated based on payments received as of the date written withdrawal notice is received
- For payment-plan participants, any applicable refund is limited to tuition collected to date; remaining scheduled drafts will be canceled upon withdrawal
- Refunds are net of any payment-processing fees (credit card or ACH) already incurred
ESA and Third-Party Funded Enrollments
Excelsior Classes’ refund policy applies equally to all families, including those using Education Savings Accounts (ESA) or other third-party funding sources. By enrolling, families agree to these terms regardless of funding status, reimbursement delays, or vendor approval outcomes.
Parents are financially responsible for any tuition or fees not covered by the funding source, including any resulting balance due. Families with unpaid balances may be ineligible for future enrollment.
