Important Registration Note
- Families intending to use ESA or state-funded tuition must complete the ESA enrollment process before registering for classes.
- Do not register through the standard self-pay checkout process.
- Registrations completed under the self-pay option cannot be converted to ESA enrollment without administrative review. In all cases, ESA course pricing differences and applicable processing fees will apply if a registration is submitted through the incorrect pathway.
- ESA enrollments require substantial state-specific documentation, reporting, compliance tracking, invoicing coordination, and funding oversight. These processes differ significantly from self-pay registrations and must be established correctly at the outset to ensure timely funding and regulatory compliance.
- To avoid delays, additional costs, or enrollment complications, please ensure your ESA pathway is confirmed prior to placing class orders.
