ESA and Third-Party Funded Enrollments
Excelsior Classes’ refund policy applies equally to all families, including those using Education Savings Accounts (ESA) or other third-party funding sources. By enrolling, families agree to these terms regardless of funding status, reimbursement delays, or vendor approval outcomes.
Course changes for ESA-funded students are limited to courses of equivalent length and term (full-year to full-year, single-semester to single-semester). Switching between a full-year and a semester course — in either direction — is not permitted under Option A. Families using ESA funding who wish to change to a different-length course must withdraw and re-register as a new enrollment, subject to the standard Refund Schedule and ESA vendor timing requirements.
Parents are financially responsible for any tuition or fees not covered by the funding source, including any resulting balance due. Families with unpaid balances may be ineligible for future enrollment.
