Mallory Driskell

Mallory is looking forward to her first year as news reporter at The Beacon. She lives in Tennessee with her parents, two sisters, and dogs. Mallory enjoys reading and writing and is hoping to become a better writer through the club this year. Some favorite books are: “The Penderwicks” series, “The Mysterious Benedict Society” series, and “The Hiding Place”. She loves to act in musical theater shows. Mallory also enjoys doing book clubs and Bible drills in her home school group. One of her favorite verses from her Bible class is “I have told you these things so that in me you may have peace. You will have suffering in this world. Be courageous, I have conquered the world.” John 16:33. Mallory loves to listen to music of all types. She has played the piano since she was seven. She enjoys playing classical music, as well as modern music and musical theater songs. Mallory loves baking and has been practicing for quite a few years. Her current favorite subjects are Writing and History. She is thrilled to be part of The Beacon.
